If you read user ratings of the E-GO Cruiser at Amazon.com, you will see that their customer service was really bad. Fortunately, my experience was different.
Nov 2nd, I wrote to [email protected] letting them know that I have a power failure issue. Nov 2nd, they replied. Yes, on the same day! They said that Technical Support would contact me as soon as they could. Nov 6th, Technical Support contacted me for more information. Nov 13rd, a Motor Assembly was sent out by UPS, after a couple of e-mail exchanges. You may want to know that their warranty policy covers 6 months (not one year) from the day of shipment to the original purchaser. The problem was that I bought the E-GO off eBay and I am not the original purchaser. After showing them I bought it new and that I have a blog post on unboxing (here: http://electriclongboard.weebly.com/blog/the-e-go-cruiser), they gave me a exemption and sent me a Motor Assembly free of charge.
